Pathetic Service on Price Lock

If I could I would rate zero, my services have been disconnected for the 5th week in a row, I have a debit order with dstv and they have been over charging me, every weekend I am disconnected and when I call in the consultant is always saying sorry they can't help it is a price lock package, for the past 5 weeks I am only connected on a Monday morning after calling in again, I am told that they are escalating the issue and I will be contacted but to date I received no calls nor feedback. Absolutely pathetic service.
