Pathetic service of DStv and Multichoice

I wish I could give them a half star because they useless. I open a contract for decoder and router. As my previous decoder and dish has been ******. I paid my monthly installments. They paid the ****** decoder which I communicated and asked them to removed from my name. So money went to a decoder I don't have an currently my router is disconnected.
