Pathetic service of DSTV agents

This Tuesdays it rained heavily here in Durban,as usual the Dstv recorder lost signal when the weather improved I still had channels missing on my decoder .I tried my best to reboot the recorder signal did not improve.I then called customer care ,cause that bot on WhatsApp it useless .it turns out even their agents are as useless as well.Now am stuck with useless thing which am paying an arm an a leg for repeats and now this on top I am thinking of ditching this useless company .DSTV does not care about it customers
