Pathetic Service Multichoice

My wife logged a query on h to e 26thJuly on this platform. A lady by the name of Danisile Sokela called her And after the discussion, she called back again and said the supervisor said she must send an email to her (Danisile) with screenshots of e account and it will be resolved . An email was send to her & it was read but no response from her & the account is not yet resolved. I want Danisile to call & explain why is she not responding to emails or resolving there query .
