Pathetic service/ home data network

I took internet contract with DStv in April, I am not happy at all. My debit order date is every 26th and supposed to get that on that day, they still have not loaded my data as per contract. I have called several times asking them to load my data, still no success. I regret canceling my subscription with rain as I never had to beg for the services.
