Pathetic service, highly disgusted!!!!!
Pathetic service. Highly disgusted with the service I received from DSTV call centre. Had to phone in twice to be assisted. 1st attempt, I get given wrong information, 2nd attempt, agent refuses to help me and just says sorry, I cannot help you. That after explaining the story over and over. My mother is an old lady, a pensioner, how do you expect her to do these things by herself when she cannot even get to town?????
