Pathetic service from TV Wise installer and multichoice

I app**** for a dstv explora price lock and TV Wise was assigned to install the dstv for me, when they came to install it on 20 November 2025 instead of removing the old rusty metal feed support arm they didn't, but chise to mount the new satellite on the one that is falling and when I called to complain they told me the one we have is longer so to change it would be R450 and I enquired why wasn't I informed because the one they used is falling apart already which is why I signed up for the new one because the old one fell. The installer from TV Wise was rude and instructed me to complain to multichoice. I have called the company twice and the first time was on 26 November I spoke to Nthabiseng Lethoko refence number *** and she advised that she will escalate the matter and I must expect a callback from her manager, but instead nobody called me they went on and left notes under my complaint that I'm the one who refused to pay the installer R450 which is absurd because I wasn't even home during the installation. I followed up and called again on 3 December and spoke to Thandiwe Makhaye reference number *** who told me about the notes Nthabiseng left, Thandiwe also promised to escalate the matter but to this day I haven't received any call or assistance. Thandiwe kept me on hold for over 10 minutes and made sure that my airtime finishes because she didn't want to assist me aswell.
