pathetic service from senior management

Clinton the AM, who was handling my account after Sachin left handed my account to Yuvi to handle as he had left the company. As yet she has not contacted me. Clinton said he spoke to Phelelani an assistant manager who told him he will call me as yet no call received. Senior staff like Yuvi who is the site manager and Phelelani an assistant manager does not take customer service seriously. Do not take responsibility or accountability. This is pathetic service. Why are they there if they cannot serve their customers.
