Pathetic service from rude Customer Care Agent !!

Today I decided to cancel my Dstv Stream subscription, try on WhattsApp, technical problem. I call the customer Care Centre and the agent tells me that I cannot cancel as I am on contract !!! What !? I did not sign up for any contract, I ask her to put me through to somebody that can sort this out and she very rudely puts me on hold for 25mins !!! and then cuts me off !! This is pathetic, very unproffesional, rude and just plain bad service !! No wonder Dstv is going down !! Pathetic service, and if this is not sorted out soon, I will go to their customer Centre and make a huge scene there there, it's time we stop letting these big bully companies treat us like we nothing !!!
