Pathetic service from Nokuthula!!!!!!

Please tell Nokuthula (didn’t get her surname) to resign if he doesn’t want to do her work there are so many people who are looking for work in South Africa. I called this morning with regards to my second TV on the extra view , the TV is playing it’s just that there is only one channel that’s playing 100 , she didn’t even bother to open my profile instead she tells me to contact the guys who installed the DStv to check the signal. How is that one channel playing if it has no signal?????
