Pathetic service from multichoice and their so-called accredited DSTV installer!

I'm still waiting for the installer, he never showed up as promised and whenever I try to call, he rejects my call. At one time, he answered and he blatantly said, he doesn't have time to come and fix the satellite, he's too busy! This is frustrating even further because, someone from Multichoice also promised to call back on that Friday (04/09/2020) but they never called!

Someone please get me an installer, I've been sitting at the house with this huge satellite on my dining room floor and missing out on the entertainment even though I always pay on time on my account!! This is utterly wrong and I'm not satisfied with the service and response from multichoice about this matter! It would have been better if that lady from Multichoice (who promised to call back, but never did) gave me a reference number or something, so that I can follow up on this matter, but I can't do that either, so whenever I call the centre, I have to repeat the same story over again!
