pathetic service from multichoice

<p>me and my wife decided we wanted to upgrade to the price lock and sms them..48 hours later still nobody contacted me..i the phoned them and the lady taken my details and said they will contact me..its again 48 hours later and still nobody phoned..what is the customer only good enough to pay for the @#$%&% service.dont advertise things and u dont contact a customer</p>
