Pathetic service from multi choice

e its been 2 months since i have been asking for help regarding my account I asked them to stop putting unnecessary charges but till date I am still having to call in and all that mess ,,,, I was called after the review I left on the 7th of Oct and the consultant had said that all the arrears will be removed due to the pathetic service i received from their client care consultants and the services will be reinstated but clearly this was not done . I need someone to contact me ASAP
