PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSTV(Multichoice)/SHOWMAX

I am a premium Dstv customer for over 20 years and has now requested that Showmax be linked to my package as under the premium package it is for free.The request has been done in person at the DSTV agent in Bloemfontein and although the salesperson is trying his best the people responsible for the linking can't get it right..It is now going for 4 days without any success.I now begin to understand why Multichoice is losing so many customers as I am also now considering other options. Really a sad sad state of affairs.
