Pathetic service from DSTV streaming service.

Took out the new streaming service. Paid the amount. Service was not connected. Phoned DSTV and held on for 25 minutes before anyone is bothering to take the call. Eventually, someone assisted. Mailed proof of payment. Happy everything was sorted. The next day service was disconnected again. Hold on for 20 minutes. Eventually someone assisted me - just to tell my that I did not pay. Welll DSTV, you took the money from my card - without delivering a service. Pathetic pathetic service.
