PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSTV!! MULTICHOICE
I have lost R600 Airtime calling Multichoice since Friday 8th Sept just to activate my Showmax Service.
The Useless consultants from the Call Centre have promised to call me back and they never did They even refuse disclose their Names and Surnames.
They are ****s!!, Unprofessional, Lack Further Training.
One person who messed up my account is Onalo/Anele Gama(If that is her true name) from the Call centre did not even have a clue what to do after messing up my account.
Today is 12th Sept and still i have not got help from Multichoice.
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
