Pathetic service from DStv (MultiChoice)

We have paid the subscription fee as usual, but our line was disconnected. I have been calling DSTV since Thursday up to today and all they could say was that their system is offline. I mean a business of such magnitude, its holidays my kids cannot enjoy watching their cartoons. I am really disappointed and considering moving to NETFLIX, they must just give back my money. Their service is pathetic.
