Pathetic Service from DSTV- Lerato Kwanaite

Rip-Off

R799.00 pricelock package was meant to replace existing premium package. Installation was done and existing package was cancelled by their call centre.

DSTV debits my account for two premium packages and then delays in rectifying the matter.

Spoke to a Lerato Kwanaite who lacked common sense and could not apply her mind to resolve a simple issue. It was then escalated to a manager. I'm still waiting.

Pathetic service.
