Pathetic service from DSTV for new installations.

Pathetic service from DSTV. We ordered the Premium package installation with two deocders and 2 dishes and a streaming option, and they rock up here with 1 decoder and not even a dish insight. 😡 This happened yesterday! And the guy that had to do the installation just shrugs and say he doesn't know.... No one from DSTV has even contacted us after this! And we had to specifically arrange with work to be at home for the installation, just to be disappointed!! Pathetic!
