Pathetic service from Dstv

My experience with Dstv has been more than pathetic. i was on the compact package February month but decided to downgrade my package which they did almost immediately but then i checked my account and they debited the full amount for the compact package and also for the downgraded package, i calledinand told them to please just leave me on the compact package seem that the money had already been deducted. I called in to please load all the compact package channels but till today they still have not loaded all the packages including my sport channels which i had before. i called four times and each time they promised that they will update my channels which they did not. so whole month i never had a compact package even though they were paid for it. Their service sucks and the people that you speak to; even worse. i want to know what Dstv is going to do to sort this out.
