PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSTV

Did a Decoder transfer, e-mail sent to e-mail address on form on 13/11/2021, then did a follow up on 22/11/2021 and no feedback to date. Called the contact centre, the agent was not helpful at all, said will escalate but still no feedback to date. Disappointing that a big organization like this can't do a simple decoder transfer and despite all the follow up's, still hasn't been sorted.
