Pathetic service from DSTV

I've received the most pathetic service from DSTV multichoice agents on Facebook messenger. The agents do not read the whole thread before providing information. My query has still not been resolved. I've canceled my subscription on 26.10.2021 and I've been charged in error (this was confirmed by a call centre agent on the 28th of Jan and today 5th feb) my amounts were meant to be reversed but still no joy
