Pathetic service from DSTV

i am on price lock of R749 black Friday special and last month i was deducted R891 for September, i called DSTV and the agent assured me that they will credit the difference (R142) or they will just deduct R607 however non of this happened and i have called again yesterday and Xolile promised that an agent will call me but obviously no one has called!!! i want this sorted out immediately!!!! my REF ***7-C1
