Pathetic service from dstv and Gcilele

I called you guys to unblock my dstv TV, your service is very poor I think it's because you don't have competitors .I spoke to the lady by the name of gcilele she keep me on hold for long time and she told me that she have a problem with the system and I asked her to call me back when she re solved the error ,she just laughed and I don't what was funny and she said she will ask a manager to call me after 15 minutes now it's more than an hour and we stayed in the house like we are lost.why do you keep on saying that I owe R800 while I don't owe you
