Pathetic service from Dstv

I have never had such poor service from a call center before.i have called on Thursday to link dstv to showmax. I have been debited twice but no show max. Please listen to you consultants calls. 4 calls and no help. Your calls cut and no call back. I have been place on hold without been advised and consultant come back and say due to no response i need to terminate the call. I have requested a team leader or manager to call me as they were not available. Have not received a call. Pathetic service from Dstv
