Pathetic service from dstv

I will like to expression my great dissatisfaction with regards to the pathetic service l just received from your agents. I have been with dstv for quite some time now and has been paying my monthly premiums on time. On the 29th of November l paid my premium of R420 as usual so as to be up to date with my account. I then called dstv later that day requesting for my services to be temporarily deactivated on the following day. At first l spoke to Ntokozo Mjeka and seeing that on 30th, my service is active, l then called again and spoke to Hazel Mhlongo. Both of them promised me that my request will be auctioned accordingly. Today is thenot 2nd of December, my services are still active, l then decided to call in again and l spoke to Angelique who told me that the schedule date was the last day of November, of which l called twice before that date but some reasons your agents did not action my request or maybe it was due to system failure, l wouldn't know. But concern is that who should pay for something that he or she didn't use because for the whole of this month l will be away, secondly who fault is it that my services are still active? Therefore, since dstv cannot action my request now that the schedule date has passed, I demand that dstv reimburse me with my subscription that l have already paid for this month, or carry over this subscription to the next month because it so unfair that l have to pay for your incompetency of your agents, or system failure. If this is not done, l will take this further with my legal company because at the end someone has to pay, but not me.

Is this the price we should pay as customers for dstv since you are the role player in the industry?
