Pathetic service from DSTV
DSTV is keeping our money but still switched off our services and on top of that they want to charge us a reconnection fee, DSTV pls pay interest on our surplus, why switch off our services while you owe us money, you are a service provider not a bank ***

07 Dec 2020, 19:52Can you please refund our surplus with 3%interest because now you have disconnected our services while you owe us and still expect a penalty fee on top of that, you are a service provider and we expect service from you, we will go and look somewhere else because clearly we are not getting any from DSTV
