Pathetic Service from DSTV

High ****ed and disappointed with the service I have received from DSTV.I've logged a query with DSTV regarding my price lock account on the 24 June 2019 I'm being over charged monthly and services keep getting disconnected at least once a week. When u contact the call centre they have a bunch of *********** idiots working there.I have paid my subscription for this month and my services aren't active. Why should I struggle for someone who didn't do their job. I have requested my statments to date I have still not recived anything. I contacted the call centre yesterday and twice today I'm told I cannot go through to that department they will escalate. I want my pricelock contract to be cancelled I refuse to pay for a service that I'm not even benefiting from yet I am charged for the full subscription I'm not getting what I paid for. They quick to cut services yet they don't even respond to complaints and queries.
