Pathetic service from DSTV
I would give this ridiculous company 0 stars if I had to the option to. Their self help service is useless. I am still waiting for 8 hours for someone to respond to my Facebook message. I understand they are busy, but to wait 8 hours is excessive. Wake up you bunch of pathetic imbeciles. If you insist on having a self help service, how about ensuring it actually ****** works. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO MY WORST ENEMY.
