PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DSTV

<p>FIND me someone who is able to assist EFFICIENTLY look into this and resolve it once and for all - as KRISTEL CHRISTENSEN offers absolutely pathetic service and no resolution to my query since tfor over a month now!</p> <p>I have had this ongoing complaint for ever so long and was then advised that it was resolved and I was going to be debited pro-rata. Which was done by debit order on my bank account on the 01/02/2017 in the amount of R 613.65.</p> <p>Low and behold I receive an sms advising that I was handed over to VASMART ( ********** ) by DSTV for the amount of R 821.03????????????????????????? *** IS GOING ON HERE!!!!????????????????????????</p> <p> I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years in fact 24 years and I have never ever missed one single payment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHECK YOU RECORDS.</p> <p> Is this how you treat customers!!!! I am livid to say the least.</p> <p>I am in the process of logging this with the Ombudsman as well I've had it with *********** service delivery.</p>
