Pathetic service from consultants all the way to team leaders

A 1 rating is even too much. Pathetic service. Everytime you call you are on call for a very long time even more than an hour, without a resolution. They than tell you they will call back, and of course they don't. When you call again there are no notes, like you have been speaking to a ghost. Than you have to start all over again. The billing is a nightmare. They lie on the calls and when you insist they listen to what was said. They come back to apologise but still not fixing the problem. I regret this 24 month contract that I am forced to stay in. Which means every month until the end I will have to go through this night mare and terrible service
