pathetic service from CEO office

Terrible service from CEO office escalations. My account was to be activated today, Zanele contacted me after I sent emails and she advised it is activated. When I got home it was not done. I sent further emails and they have not responded. I also requested when Zanele called to have someone call me at 5pm to check but she refused. I am paying for the services that I am not receiving and no bothers to phone and check if I am connected. Terrible customer service. Compared to previous experiences this was the worst experience I have had where staff unfriendly and unhelpful.
