Pathetic Service from an agent

I would like to report an agent I just spoke to who was either drunk or she is mentally disturbed. You will make a determination yourself after investigation. I explained everything to her about the reason for my call, she claimed that the line was not clear but when it suited her she was able to hear me. The call took about 35 minutes and she would go on explaining things that were not relevant to the call at hand. She refused to give me a reference number for the call and also refused to give me her name. Lastly she dropped the call on me.

I need someone to listen to the call, resolve the query and then tell me the outcome of the investigation on the behavior of this agent.

I have captured my account number on subject. Your service used to be so good back in the days, it has reached it's lowest now, even the call I made on Thursday I was not happy with the service and the agent failed to resolve the matter hence the second call today.

I am sending this email to all these addresses because you do not have a complaints email, only you would know why is that the case.
