Pathetic service

HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER, my mom is being used coz she doesn't know much she is forced to pay R600 for a R300 data n dstv package contract, she paid R600 last month n she was told that the issue is sorted but guess what, she called today and they still say she must pay R600 for the last time.SHE CALLS N THZ AGENTS JUST HANG UP.
