Pathetic service

Just disgusted with Maponya Mall branch, they cancelled an extra view I connected under my name and someone was put under my account as a main member , its been 2 weeks been to the store and they cannot assist , you call multi choice call centre consultants always passing the buck from one department to another with no solution after holding on for more than 1hour on that line
