Pathetic service

Pathetic service, spend a good 2o minutes from my cell and I was told the problem will be resolved. Phoned again 45 minutes later and still not resolved. I trust I will get a refund for the days of no service despite my account being on a debit order. If Dstv continues this poor service it will soon be out off business.
