Pathetic service

Pathetic service, al they know is how to take money and pride not service, i have reported my problem more than a week ago, i took my decoder to their shop, still when i get home i get E48 what nonsense.

Sure we must have an option to cancel if they cant get their act together, why pay for a service an not get any?
