Pathetic service ever!!!
Nasty service ever I have ever came across!!! On the 29.09.2022 I called Multichoice to change my debit order date to the last day of the every month and my banking details. Today my service was cut and I get an sms that I need to pay R1113.04 I mean how absurd? I just got from an hours call with the same Multichoice agent Sinencebo couldn't tell me why do I need to pay that much and why was my service disconnected, she mentioned my service was disconnected because I paid late how can a debit order be for the 31st and on the 27th the service is already cut therefore I had to be placed on hold every time I ask a question? Worst part there is no manager when I requested to speak to one as always!!
