Pathetic service

What pathetic service from dstv! Payment has been made to you guys and proof of payment has been sent and yet you guys cut my dstv twice... I hold on for 37 minutes trying to resolve this and nothing happens.. I mean this is such pathetic and horrific service! You pay for it and then it's been cut telling you no payment has been made and yet the consultant received the proof of payment! What more do you guys want and then cut my dstv???? How pathetic customer service and it's so embarrassing that to think you have paid and yet they have cut it.... I'm totally disappointed in this matter...
