Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service on the Durban customer care line, I spoke to Londeka, Patrick, Anelisa and Lerato who all dropped while I was requesting assistance with a billing issue and even when I asked for my subscription to be terminated I still had my call dropped, I've emailed their helpline to no avail.
