PATHETIC SERVICE !!!

Absolutely Pathetic !!! I have a "price lock" with DSTV Multichoice which is R 549 a month. Last month, 28-08-2019 my account was debited for a higher amount. I have called in numerous times and every time I am told that the problem has been escalated, I have even been told that I NEED TO GO TO THE BANK TO FIND OUT WHY...

THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM THAT I SHOULD BE TRYING TO SORT OUT BUT A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT BY DSTV MULTICHOICE!

# I want to know when will i receive the extra money that was taken by me. # I need to know if this is going to happen at the end of this month again.
