Pathetic service

I am so disgusted with the service I got Makobo, she talks to me like she is talking to her friend and then decides to go mute on me when I actually went to live chat to get assistance. I understand you do not have competition and sometimes don't care about us but our money, but this is not know we should me treated.

This is not the experience a customer who is paying their money deserves and expect from you guys. 35 minutes later she responds still with no solution and closed the chat. Is this how this company is now???? I am so disgusted, he/she even deserves a 0 on the rating not even a 1
