Pathetic service
Very quick to take your money, but when it comes to service they are absolutely PATHETIC. I logged a query with Portia at the insurance department (11 Nov) , very helpful at the time, now I am waiting almost 2 weeks for her feedback and to call me as she promised. Phoned again on 14 November, I was promised she would call me back, today 21 November, no feedback from her. I totally withdraw the goid rating I gave her on 11 November. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC.
