Pathetic service

Made a payment on Sunday the 29th November after communicating with them via WhatsApp to get the amount Due, even now its 18hrs Monday my services are still not working, lost R110 in the morning calling their stupid agents they asked for proof of payment, I sent but still nothing.. Even went to their agency at Jabulani mall, they advised that their payments system is offline and tomorrow I'm going to the hospital would not have time to run around after *********** DSTV just because they don't have a competition... How I wish I was on Netflix
