Pathetic Service - DstvNow is a disappointment

With the current situation the world is facing with being stuck at home and the fact that weekly Dstv Now will be temporarily down. It has given me the opportunity to re-evaluate the services I am paying for. And clearly Dstv is honestly a waste of money.

Their service is unreliable and and unstable, especially at key points- like when the president is addressing the Nation during this Pendemic Crisis. I mean, monthly Dstv receive their monthly payments with no "temporarily unavailable " error and yet the service provided does not match equally. I as a customer have to put up with such? Help me understand

I wish there would be a better media company to offer a service worthy. As I am disappointed, sick and tired of the constant interruption to television at the hands of the service offered by Dstv.
