Pathetic Service - DSTV(Multichoice)

I have over the last four days tried to downgrade my Premium package as I feel that what I am paying for is definitely not what I'm getting. There are numerous other Providers out there providing value for money. I have used there "Chat" facility online which ended up a disaster on three occasions. I used the "Help" facility on there website with a number of emails. People who work for DSTV do not read these emails properly. To date very little has happened with the exception of a email from DSTV to rate there service. Now I understand why people are leaving them. I have been a loyal supporter for nearly 30 years. Very disappointing
