Pathetic service

Terrible utterly pathetic I purchased a steaming package online on the 29th the money left my account up until today I am unable to watch I have called their call centre at least twice a day where consultants cut the call and even told me they don't know how to assist me even getting a refund from them has been a nightmare. Sent so many emails with my bank statement showing the money leaving my account on the 29th yet I cannot get help they say they don't deal with bank statements really a waste of money dealing with them
