Pathetic service delivery and help from dstv agenst and supervisors

Most pathetic service again from DSTV Multichoice 23 Aug 2022 made a call to dstv call centre Ref number ***4/I 404 to find out what is my outstanding balance and the lady told me that i dont owe anything i am in credit and that there will not be a debit order for the next month so i did not have to make anything available to them now they cancelled my subscription

Made a call again today at 17:00 and spoke to a supervisor/manager and he assured me that he will geback to me he just wants to go and listen to the recording of the 23 Aug 2022 it is just past 20:00 and stil no call back from there side as i say again pathetic service

I have com across 2 other agents that cant help me The 3 rd supervisor tried to help and said i will get a call back in the next 2 minutes still no call back instead i must just be thankful for the wonderful pathetic service i have to get from dstv for being a loyal customer sfor more than 20 years

I am fed up and on my way to cancel my subscription in Chuck my decoders in the bin for good
