Pathetic service

Your service is pathetic I'm a paying customer on the capitec discount so I pay R340 for the compact subscription. Recently you've been disconnecting my service even though you're debiting money from my account. I'm even considering to stop paying for your pathetic service because what's the point of paying for something that isn't worth it? So every week I must fork out R50 reconnection fee when I've never missed a payment.
