Pathetic service constantly received

I am constantly called to upgrade my DStv decoder and ever time I am called I inform that I want to close my account and I am told to call DStv and request to close but how come they cannot help me when calling me.

Today I was called and the lady said that she can close it for me, I then said can we please proceed to close and the lady then said that I must call the DStv number, when I asked then why did she agree that she can close for me, she denied saying that but 2 seconds prior she said that she can close for me.

It disgusts me that DStv is quick to call you to upgrade but to close nobody can help you.
